DESIGNATION: ASSISTANT MANAGER - FINANCE

COMPANY NAME: CBL FOODS INTERNATIONAL (PVT) LTD.

LOCATION: RANALA

ROLE PROFILE

  • Oversee timely preparation and completion of monthly management accounts within three working days, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and approve journal entries, bank reconciliations, management accounts, budgets, and key financial data.
  • Lead tax compliance across all statutory requirements, including VAT, SSCL, WHT, PAYE, ICT, Stamp Duty, BOI reporting, and income tax filings.
  • Manage audits and regulatory matters, including IRD assessments, tax appeals, tax clearances, transfer pricing, and annual audits.
  • Handle end-to-end treasury operations, including cash flow management, bank facilities, foreign currency transactions, import payments, and dividend-related solvency reporting.
  • Approve and control all payments, including salaries, supplier payments, loans, welfare payments, statutory payments, and intercompany transactions.
  • Provide financial advice to group entities, welfare societies, and subsidiaries, including reporting, audits, insurance claims, and stakeholder coordination.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university with fully qualifications/ finalist of CA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • 3-4 years of experience in financial accounting within manufacturing, FMCG, or large corporate environments.
  • Knowledge and exposure in Financial Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Operational Finance Functions.
  • Hands-on experience in accounting packages. (SAP)
  • Sound knowledge and exposure related to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Should possess excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
