Laundry Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Laundry Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily laundry operations, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, hygiene, and safety.
Key Duties:
- Supervise daily laundry operations and staff.
- Monitor washing, drying, ironing, folding & packing.
- Ensure linen quality and proper handling.
- Monitor machine and chemical usage.
- Maintain production and linen records.
- Ensure workplace hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth operations.
- Handle quality issues and customer requirements.
- Monitor staff attendance and performance.
- Prepare daily production reports.
Experience:
- 2–3 years’ experience in laundry operations, preferably in a hotel, hospital, or commercial laundry / Garment Factory.
Requirements:
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of laundry processes, machines and chemicals
- Ability to maintain records and reports accurately
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
- Proficient in MS Office (basic)
