Currently, I work as a Recovery & Credit Operations Coordinator at John Ford Credit Management (Pvt) Ltd, where I lead team efforts to achieve recovery targets while ensuring efficient workflow, compliance, and clear communication.

I previously worked as a Recovery Executive in banking credit card recoveries, which strengthened my negotiation, problem-solving, and customer management skills.

I also have exposure to client engagement and project coordination through my involvement in sustainable agriculture initiatives, where I guide individuals on investment-based projects with clarity and transparency.
