As Chief Steward, I will be responsible for managing the Stewarding team to ensure a well-run food and beverage back-of-house operation. This includes the proper maintenance of all operating equipment, compliance with food hygiene and safety standards, and compliance with environmentally-friendly initiatives. Specifically, a Chief Steward will perform the following tasks to the highest standards
