As the Sales and Administrative Manager at Lakpa Footwear PVT LTD, I oversee the daily operations and sales activities of the company, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and profitability. I also manage a team of sales representatives, providing them with guidance, training, and motivation. In my previous roles as a Territory Manager at DSI Footwear and a Senior Area Sales Manager at AB Mauri, I demonstrated my skills in requirements analysis, sales performance, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and a National Diploma in Sales Management from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing, which have equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to excel in the field of sales and marketing.
