About Me

I completed a B.Sc. (Hons) in Quantity Surveying degree at university of Salford (Partnership with CSCT – Sri Lanka), Sri Lanka which is accredited by,RICS – UK, PAQS, and IQSSL- Sri Lanka and I am a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors 2022 and I possess nearly 8 years work experience in both building and civil Engineering projects in Sri Lanka & Dubai.

During my employment with Contractor and Consultant organizations, I was mainly involved in the preparation of monthly payment applications and certifications, cost value reconciliations (productivity analysis), preparation of cost control reports for ongoing projects, pricing tenders (attend pre-bid meetings, estimation and pricing the works, coordination with different departments, etc.), preparation of subcontractor payment certificates, Managing Variations, preparation of tender documents for in-house developments, etc. I have knowledge and experience in all Quantity Surveying aspects, such as measurements, preparation of Bill of Quantities, payment application/certification, and preparation of budgets, variations, and knowledge in FIDIC contractual documents.
