Job Role
- Ensure branch consistently meets its sales targets within the required timelines.
- Motivate, train and guide branch staff to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
- Manage all administrative and operational functions of the branch in alignment with company standards and strategic plans.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels by recruiting qualified personnel and ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Efficiently manage customer interactions and oversee all related operational activities to ensure strong, long-term client relationships.
- Represent the company at promotional events and community activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Job Pre-requisites
- Degree/master’s degree in business management from an approved university or fully/partly qualified in Insurance/SLIM/CIM will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial capacity in the field of insurance.
- Sound knowledge of General Insurance products, regulations and market trends.
- Results orient and commit to achieving the allocated sales target on time.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
