An experienced and customer-focused Senior Waiter is needed to join our team at Monsoon. The ideal candidate should be professional, well-presented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, supervising the service team, ensuring smooth restaurant operations during service, having a thorough understanding of the menu including ingredients and allergens, taking accurate food and drink orders, and ensuring high service standards are maintained at all times.
