ASSISTANT MANAGER - SALES
KANDY SHOWROOM
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives within the division.
- Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and performance.
- Assist in implementing sales strategies, promotional activities, and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, leads, and conversion rates, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Prepare sales reports, market insights, and competitor analyses for management review.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field from a recognised institution.
- 5-7 years of experience in the field, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
