OPERATIONS OFFICER
Location – Head Office, Matara
The selected candidate will be responsible for,
- Verify collection of insurance, document charges and advance rentals.
- Ensure all required documents and payments are complete before file activation.
- Review and confirm approval conditions for all security documents.
- Prepare agreements and other relevant documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update reports and registers related to security confirmations.
- Record pending CR details in the system and attach transferred CR books to security packets.
- Any other job-related duties assigned by management.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT literacy.
- Should be methodical, result oriented and should possess the capability of working under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of integrity.
