JOB ROLE
- Design and implement attractive general merchandising displays across retail outlets.
- Create profitable retail environments through effective product displays and store layouts.
- Enhance additional revenue opportunities through supplier collaborations and promotional displays.
- Plan and execute strategies to improve the movement of slow moving products.
- Develop and implement layouts for new retail outlets.
- Visit store locations to set up visual merchandising standards and ensure consistent execution.
- Train and guide outlet staff on visual merchandising best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within a leading retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles, store layouts and customer shopping behavior.
- Creative, detail oriented and passionate about retail presentation.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to travel to multiple store locations.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
