Executive - Business Development (Heavy Machinery Division)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the heavy machinery sector
- Conduct regular field visits to meet customers and explore market opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Promote and sell the company’s heavy machinery products and services
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
Requirements
- Male candidate, aged 27-40 years • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Successful completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good knowledge of mechanical concepts and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for field visits
Experience
- Previous experience in sales is essential
- Experience in the heavy machinery, construction, or related industry will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment will be an added advantage
