Job Profile

  • Review architectural drawings, design details and specifications to ensure alignment with the approved design intent.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal project teams on architectural design matters, clarifications and site requirements.
  • Provide design and technical input to resolve site-level architectural, detailing and constructability issues.
  • Monitor architectural works, finishes, materials and detailing to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
  • Review shop drawings, mock-ups, material samples and finishing details.
  • Support coordination with structural, MEP, interior and landscape teams to ensure design integration.
  • Identify design gaps or discrepancies and recommend practical solutions while maintaining the overall design quality.
  • Maintain proper documentation of design changes, approvals, site instructions and architectural observations.

Personal Profile

  • Chartered Architect with a degree or equivalent professional qualification in Architecture.
  • Strong architectural design experience, preferably in residential, mixed-use or large-scale property development projects.
  • Sound knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, finishes, construction methods and statutory requirements.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and provide practical design solutions at site level.
  • Prior experience in site coordination, finishing works and design implementation would be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction site environment while maintaining design quality and attention to detail.
