EXECUTIVE - INTERNATIONAL SALES
Dipped Products PLC seeks a dynamic, results-oriented individual to be recruited as Executive - International Sales to be based at Head Office in Colombo.
Job Responsibilities
- Marketing and selling a portfolio of household, industrial and examination gloves to customers around the world.
- Managing orders from negotiation to delivery and maintaining a high standard of customer relations and service delivery.
- Ascertaining customer requirements and providing options from our product range, negotiating prices and concluding sales.
- Canvassing orders for the existing product line and promoting new products added on, to fill plant capacities while achieving the overall targets assigned.
- Driving new initiatives to expand the customer base, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a database of relevant sales and market information.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any other relevant field from a recognized University
- 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Merchandising, Retail, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse sales data and market trends
- Creative eye and the ability to come up with innovative ideas
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A part or full qualification in CIM/ SLIM will be a definite advantage
