We are seeking a proactive, and eager-to-learn undergraduate to join our People & Culture team as a Learning & Development Intern. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in employee learning training coordination, and talent development.
What you do
- Assist in coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning events.
- Support learning administration, training schedules, and participant communications.
- Update training records, reports, and learning databases.
- Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and employee communications.
- Support learning evaluations and feedback analysis.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
- Assist with other People & Culture projects as required.
What you bring
- An undergraduate pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
