Center Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies in collaboration with the Business Head.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service quality across all touchpoints.
- Oversee diagnostic and wellness service delivery with high clinical and service standards.
- Manage guest feedback, resolve concerns and implement service improvements.
- Ensure safety, compliance and statutory adherence. statutory requirements.
- Manage center operations, staffing, scheduling and resources availability.
- Lead, train and appraise team members to meet performance targets.
- Oversee center security, procurement approvals and vendor payment.
- Maintain discipline, policies, and operational protocols.
- Monitor center performance metrics and continuously improve efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Degree/MBA in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Strong organizational and operational management skills.
- Attention to detail with a customer-centric mindset.
