As a Senior Executive – Human Capital (Payroll), you'll play a pivotal role in delivering payroll with precision and integrity while driving operational excellence, supporting business performance, and creating a seamless employee experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely salary processing.
- Maintain employee records across HRIS, payroll and attendance systems while ensuring data integrity.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance, incentives, deductions and statutory payments.
- Ensure compliance with EPF, ETF, PAYE/APIT, RAMIS and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare payroll reports and support Finance, management and audit requirements.
- Resolve payroll-related queries while delivering a high standard of service and maintaining confidentiality.
- Drive continuous improvements to payroll processes, controls and system efficiency.
- Support HRIS enhancements, testing and digital transformation initiatives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance, incentives, deductions and statutory payments.
- Ensure compliance with EPF, ETF & annual APIT return uploads to RAMIS.
- Prepare payroll reports and support Finance, management and audit requirements.
- Resolve payroll-related queries while delivering a high standard of service and maintaining confidentiality.
- Drive continuous improvements to payroll processes, controls and system efficiency.
- Support HRIS enhancements, testing and digital transformation initiatives.
