Position:
Business Development Officer
We are seeking a Business Development Officer to ensure operational execution of area-wise sales initiatives, enabling maximum profitability and growth in line with company values and goals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who can gain hands-on experience and grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Area Managers in achieving regional sales objectives by supporting both operational and strategic initiatives.
- Accomplish sales revenue and growth targets for the assigned region.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand market share.
- Collaborate with teams to implement sales plans and achieve company targets.
- Track and report area-wise sales performance.

Requirements:
- Three passes in GCE A/L in Commerce, Mathematics, Science, or Technology.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, English, and Tamil (mandatory).
- Age below 30 years.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A pleasing personality.
