BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
- EYE CENTRE & LASIK CENTRE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to drive business growth, implement marketing initiatives and enhance the visibility of our Eye Centre and LASIK Centre.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies to achieve centre targets.
- Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, health awareness programs and events.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to build brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral doctors, corporate clients and business partners.
- Monitor inquiries, campaign performance and conversion metrics; prepare periodic reports.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase patient volumes and revenue.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies and doctors to achieve business objectives.
- Support branding, digital marketing, website updates and patient engagement activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, marketing or healthcare marketing.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Experience in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
