Location - Kandy, Matale, Nuwara Eliya

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell commercial vehicles to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring effective after-sales follow-up.
- Coordinate with finance and leasing companies to facilitate customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, customer follow-up details, and market feedback.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and other marketing activities organized by the company.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Assistant Manager to implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the automobile, leasing, finance, or related industry.
- Age below 35 years.
- Strong passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within assigned regions.
- Valid riding license is mandatory.
- Owning a motorbike will be an added advantage.
- Professional or educational qualifications in Sales & Marketing will be an added benefit.
