Executive - Engineering
What you will do:
- Plan and execute machine maintenance activities across factories and the Sample Room, ensuring preventive maintenance schedules and timely repairs.
- Ensure machine availability and manage spares inventory to meet production requirements, including adherence to SOPs for procurement and storage.
- Implement machine setting and SMV improvement projects, drive cost reduction initiatives, and optimize machine layouts for efficiency.
- Conduct spot audits and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, customer requirements, and organizational protocols.
- Prepare and manage functional MIS and reporting, including maintenance performance metrics, downtime analysis, and audit findings.
- Lead and develop the maintenance team by enhancing skills, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering continuous improvement.
Ideal profile:
- 2+ years of experience in a machine maintenance executive role.
- 10+ years experience in sewing machine repair and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
