Warehouse Executive - Nawinna
The ideal candidates should
- Be below 40 years of age.
- A sound academic background with G.C.E. A/L.
- Possess qualification in a recognized institute with a focus on Warehouse & Supply chain management / Inventory management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar role and industry.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with handling a computerized inventory control system(ERP).
- Ability to perform duties with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
- Be below 40 years of age.
- Monitoring re-order levels and communicate timely purchasing requirements. (Locally purchased items, locally manufactured items, Imported items).
- Support creation of Good Received notes (GRNs) & purchase orders (PO) in adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately complete recording of transactions using the ERP System and maintain proper documentation.
- Managing day to day warehouse operations.
- Verifying & preparing warehouse documentations.
- Manage inventory levels, ensure availability of material and finish goods.
