Position: Legal Officer

Key Responsibilities
- LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university (local or foreign).
- Attorney-at-Law qualification with minimum 2 years of experience in corporate law/Commercial Law contracts, or legal advisory roles under a senior commercial lawyer or from a law firm in Sri Lanka.
- Master's Degree in Law, Business Law or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, legal documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
