Senior Executive / Executive – Collections & Recoveries ((North & East, Central, Southern, and Western regions.))
The Job
- Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets.
- Conduct field visits and engage with customers on overdue accounts.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlement arrangements.
- Monitor recovery cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate recovery records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support recovery activities.
The Person
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
- Diploma/professional qualification in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field is an added advantage.
- 2-4 years of experience in Collections, Recoveries, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in field recoveries and customer negotiations is preferred.
- Possession of a valid Driving licence and own motorbike will be an advantage.
