SENIOR EXECUTIVE - QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (QMS)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and conduct pre-audit assessments to ensure factory readiness for customer and third-party audits. Drive closure of findings and monitor compliance status.
- Conduct QMS calibration exercises across quality teams to ensure consistent interpretation of standards, defect classification, workmanship requirements and audit expectations.
- Conduct process audits, Gemba walks and Critical-to-Process (CTP) verification to identify risks before they become quality failures.
- Work closely with Production, technical and QA teams to identify process failures that may lead to production interruptions and quality-related downtime.
- Analyze audit findings, customer feedback, rejects and process deviations to identify potential quality risks and implement preventive actions.
- Ensure customer standards, workmanship requirements and quality expectations are effectively deployed throughout the factory and verified through audits.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quality Management, Textile Technology, Apparel Manufacturing or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems or Compliance Management within apparel manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end inspection processes (material inspection, cutting, inline, end-line, AQL inspection & final inspection processes).
- Experience in conducting internal audits and managing corrective actions.
- Exposure to customer audits and compliance requirements.
- Experience in handling quality issues from cutting to production operations is an added advantage.
- Holding ISO lead auditor certification in Quality Management Systems will be an added advantage.
