Project Manager – Software Delivery
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of insurance software implementation and enhancement projects for Informatics International's regional and international insurance clients. This role demands a highly disciplined, metrics-driven people leader who can drive project execution with unwavering process governance, track delivery performance through data, and influence cross-functional teams to achieve delivery excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong technical project management capability with the personal discipline and leadership presence to set standards, hold teams accountable, and deliver results aligned with client expectations and organizational commitments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the insurance, financial services, or enterprise software domain.
- Proven experience managing the full software delivery lifecycle including implementations, customizations, and production deployments.
- Strong understanding of insurance business processes (e.g., policy administration, claims management, underwriting, reinsurance) is highly desirable.
- Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master) is an advantage.
- Experience working with distributed teams and international clients across different time zones.
