We are on the lookout for young, persistent, energetic individuals with an outgoing personality to join Hayleys Lifesciences Team to grow into the role of Sales & Marketing Executive.
Sales & Marketing Executive - Radiology Medical Equipment
Job Responsibilities:
- Visiting hospitals, medical centers and studying their requirements.
- Developing and maintaining a long-term relationship with clients and other business partners.
- Obtaining input from hospital administrators, consultants and other medical and paramedical staff and submitting proposals to supply medical equipment.
- Securing orders to supply, ensuring delivery on time and meeting sales targets and GP margins.
- Compiling price quotations and preparing proposals.
- Carrying out promotional activities targeting the clients and potential clients for product development and market penetration.
- Maintaining records of sales, debtors and customer surveys etc. and following up with clients as required.
Candidate Profile
- Passion to develop a career in Sales and Marketing and grow with a leading Business to Business (B2B) Marketing Company.
- B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or a related field, or a professional qualification in Marketing from CIM, SLIM, or an equivalent professional body.
- B.Sc. Degree in Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop professional relationships in the knowledge-based industry.
- Ability and willingness to visit hospitals / medical centers located in various parts of Sri Lanka as well as to work long hours as required.
- Relevant experience will be an advantage. However, fresh graduates demonstrating potential and a strong learning mindset are also welcome.
