OPERATIONS MANAGER – ROOF TILE MANUFACTURING
Location: Anuradhapura
A leading roof tile manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the operational performance of a large-scale roof tile manufacturing facility. This senior leadership role requires a hands-on professional with strong expertise in manufacturing operations, heavy machinery, productivity improvement, and team leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead day-to-day factory operations and improve production performance.
- Drive productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost optimisation.
- Implement KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reduce downtime, wastage, and production losses.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to maximise machinery performance.
- Analyse operational data and report performance to senior management.
- Develop and lead production teams while strengthening accountability.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including heavy machinery management.
- Strong background in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering.
- Proven experience in improving production efficiency and implementing performance systems.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Industry experience in roof tile manufacturing or other heavy manufacturing sectors will be a distinct advantage.
Location: Anuradhapura
