What You Will Help Build
At Hemas Pharmaceuticals, we are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Intern – Operations to join our team. This is an opportunity to gain practical exposure to customer coordination, order management and cross-functional operations while learning in a purpose-driven organisation.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Regulatory and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and professional communication with customers.
- Work closely with internal teams to support smooth operations.
What You Will Bring
- School leavers, undergraduates or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
