Job Profile
- Overseeing all construction-related work, including construction sequencing, labour handling and labour management, construction progress, and related activities.
- Liaising with the Procurement Manager and coordinating construction material requirements and the timing of material deliveries.
- Liaising with the Engineering Manager to coordinate detailed requirements and the issuance of drawings.
- Ensuring the maintenance of all plant and equipment, including scaffolding.
- Ensuring the orderly functioning of the re-bar bending yard and other construction-related preparation areas.
- Assisting the Engineering Manager in preparing method statements and carrying out all construction-related testing and obtaining approvals.
- Managing the testing, commissioning, and handing over of all civil and architectural work within the project.
Personal Profile
- Holding a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Possessing a minimum of 7–8 years of experience in the construction industry, with proven experience in building construction or property development projects.
- Demonstrating a sound understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site management practices.
- Possessing strong knowledge of civil and architectural construction processes.
