Senior Executive — Human Resource

What you will do:
- Drive employee engagement activities for staff & associates in the factory.
- Coordinate with Ascent to ensure smooth and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Responsible for administering other HR activities (for example, supporting employee welfare and benefits administration, etc.) for the staff & associates at the factory.
- Responsible for maintaining the cadre requirement and relevant L & D functions within the plant.
Ideal profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resource Function in a manufacturing environment
