ASSISTANT MANAGER/ SENIOR EXECUTIVE - CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
Hemas Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Client Relationship who will serve as the single point of contact and orchestrator for end-to-end principal relationships within our multi-principal distribution network. Operating at the intersection of commercial excellence, logistics coordination, and stakeholder experience, this role ensures that every principal engagement is delivered with precision, warmth, and accountability.
Your Role: What You Will Own
- You will be fully accountable for the end-to-end principal experience, from daily operations to executive visits and escalations.
- You will manage and strengthen relationships with key principals to ensure service excellence and mutual growth.
- You will coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Operations, Finance) to deliver seamless and timely solutions.
- You will monitor performance metrics, provide insights, and implement improvements to enhance overall partnership value.
- You will represent Hemas with professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric focus.
What We Are Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in client-facing relationship management or key account management with a track record of delivering results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems and data-driven decision making; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and in a multicultural team.
- Self-starter with high initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
