EXECUTIVE IMPORTS

Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects relating to imports including HS classifications, freight arrangements, clearance of consignments, insurance requirements, import regulations, inland transportation, and banking procedures.
- Manage import documents, paperwork, local overseas payments, shipment costing and import related supplier evaluations.
- Liaise with foreign suppliers, banks, and service providers.
- Represent the company at customs and other government institutions.
Requirements
- BSc in Supply Chain Management/ Business Management or related field.
- Part/full professional qualification in Finance from a recognised institute.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the relevant field including at least 2 years in the Executive Grade.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability and experience in working ERP systems.
- Working knowledge related to Customs, import/export control department and other government/non-governmental institutions procedures.
