We are looking for a self-motivated, result-driven individual with a proven track record to join our Browns Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute BTL and visibility-related activities in the field with the aid of other staff members.
- Assist in improving divisional processes for greater efficiency and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams such as creative and digital agencies to implement digital campaigns for all division brands.
- Manage and update all digital platforms and channels.
- Support in organising activations, events and sponsorships.
- Implement push campaigns at the field level such as dealer promotions.
Key Skills & Tools
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed university in Marketing or a related field.
- Diploma/Certificate in Digital Marketing.
- Sound knowledge and experience in setting up digital campaigns on main platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala (written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation skills, leadership qualities, and experience in managing multiple projects.
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity is a must.
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with software such as Photoshop or CorelDRAW will be an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, deliver tasks with minimal errors, and meet tight deadlines.
- Organised and structured work processes with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
