Key Responsibilities

  • Execute BTL and visibility-related activities in the field with the aid of other staff members.
  • Assist in improving divisional processes for greater efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams such as creative and digital agencies to implement digital campaigns for all division brands.
  • Manage and update all digital platforms and channels.
  • Support in organising activations, events and sponsorships.
  • Implement push campaigns at the field level such as dealer promotions.

Key Skills & Tools

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed university in Marketing or a related field.
  • Diploma/Certificate in Digital Marketing.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in setting up digital campaigns on main platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala (written and spoken).
  • Strong negotiation skills, leadership qualities, and experience in managing multiple projects.
  • Minimum two years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity is a must.
  • Graphic design skills and familiarity with software such as Photoshop or CorelDRAW will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure, deliver tasks with minimal errors, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Organised and structured work processes with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
