Senior Officer - Administration

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular visits to branches, offices, and other operational locations across the Group
  • Identify and follow up on maintenance, security, cleaning, safety, and other administrative matters
  • Monitor compliance with Group policies, administrative procedures, statutory requirements, and health & safety standards
  • Review and monitor the performance of outsourced service providers and contractors
  • Maintain inspection records and prepare reports on identified issues, corrective actions, and outstanding matters
  • Coordinate with relevant departments, branches, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Monitor the implementation and completion of corrective actions arising from branch and site inspections
  • Support the Administration function in maintaining consistent operational standards across the Group
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, compliance, and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records relating to branch and site administration

Requirements

  • Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification in Business Administration, Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration, branch operations, facilities management, compliance, site monitoring, or a related field
  • Strong observation, reporting, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Good knowledge of administrative procedures and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution abilities
  • Ability to work independently and interact effectively with employees at different levels and external service providers
  • Willingness to travel regularly to branches and operational locations
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
