As a Pattern Technologist, you will be responsible for transforming design concepts into production-ready garments for leading global brands across sportswear, athleisure, intimate wear, swimwear, and lifestyle apparel by applying technical expertise in pattern development, fit analysis, grading, and garment construction. In this role you will have an opportunity to become a Changemaker by ensuring products meet design, quality, costing, and customer requirements while driving technical excellence and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with designers, garment technologists, merchandisers, suppliers, and production teams to resolve development challenges, support production readiness, and deliver high-quality products on time by being part of our teams across our locations at Ratmalana, Biyagama & Hanwella, where exciting career opportunities await.

Join us as an Executive Pattern Technologist:

  • NDT Qualification or Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design & Apparel.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Pattern Making, Garment Technology, Product Development, or Sample Development.
  • Knowledge of pattern making fit analysis, grading, garment construction, and technical documentation.
  • Experience with CAD-based software such as Gerber and Lectra.

Join us as a Senior Executive Pattern Technologist:

  • NDT Qualification or Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design & Apparel.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Pattern Technology, Garment Development, Fit Evaluation, Grading, or Apparel Product Engineering.
  • Advanced expertise in pattern development, fit analysis, grading, and technical problem-solving.
  • Experience managing complex products, coaching team members, and collaborating with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with CAD-based software such as Gerber and Lectra.
