Join MAS as a Merchandiser (Development or Bulk)
As a Merchandiser, you are responsible for managing the end-to-end merchandising process for world-renowned brands such as Lululemon, Victoria's Secret, Calvin Klein, Patagonia, Gymshark, Triumph, PVH, Skims, Speedo, and Aerie, supporting the delivery of high-performance sportswear, athleisure, intimate wear, swimwear, and lifestyle products across both Merchandiser Development and Bulk functions. In this role you will have an opportunity to become a Changemaker by collaborating with customers, suppliers, manufacturing facilities, and cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of development and bulk orders.
You will contribute to product development, commercialization, sample management, raw material sourcing, costing, order execution, production planning, and customer relationship management, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction by being part of our teams across our locations at Rathmalana, Pelawatte, Biyagama, Thulhiriya, and Nawala, where exciting career opportunities await.
Join us as a Merchandiser (Development or Bulk):
- A Degree in Marketing, Management or Business Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, Supply Chain or Operations.
- Ability to manage Customers and Stakeholders.
Join us as a Senior Merchandiser (Development or Bulk):
- A Degree in Marketing or Business Management, MSc or a completed Professional Qualification in CIM or CIMA.
- 3-4 years of merchandising experience, product development, sourcing, supply chain and order management.
- Ability to manage Customers and Stakeholders.
- Experience with Customers mentioned above will be an added advantage.
