Junior Tutor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in clinical practice, training, or mentoring will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare procedures, nursing practices, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and support learners effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital learning tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a passion for teaching and developing others.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and academic teams.
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards and continuous learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in conducting training programs for healthcare staff and students.
- Support senior tutors in preparing training materials and learning activities.
- Deliver practical and theoretical training sessions under guidance.
- Demonstrate correct clinical procedures and best practices.
- Assess trainees' understanding and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records.
- Assist in coordinating workshops, orientations, and skill development programs.
- Encourage a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Ensure training activities align with hospital policies and quality standards.
- Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and improvement areas.
