EXECUTIVE /SENIOR EXECUTIVE - INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING
BASED AT HORANA / GIRITALE
Key Responsibilities
- Support the feeding plan by allocating operators productively and checking and confirming General Sewing Data (GSD) patterns
- Identify and address bottlenecks through skill enhancement, rebalancing, workplace engineering, etc.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering in the plant on a daily basis regarding issues in the assigned lines
- Update the skill matrix for the assigned lines regularly, as per guidelines
- Identify and suggest method and Standard Minute Value improvement opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering / Textile Technology / Apparel Manufacturing / Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
- Professional certification in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, GSD (General Sewing Data), Six Sigma, or related disciplines is an added advantage
- 2-3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within the apparel manufacturing industry
- Experience in production support, line balancing, and productivity improvement initiatives
- Hands-on experience in Operation Breakdown verification, Standard Minute Value validation, and workplace engineering
- Experience in operator skill development, manpower allocation, and skill matrix management
- Experience in cross-functional coordination with Production, Quality, Planning, Technical, and Maintenance teams
- Exposure to continuous improvement, time and motion studies, and production performance monitoring
