ASSISTANT MANAGER- IT BUSINESS PARTNERING
The chosen candidate will manage business units for technology strategy development, solutions discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management. They will act as an intermediary between business units and IT, providing strategic solutions and IT expert centers to meet business line challenges.
The candidate will translate business goals into technology requirements, acting as a technology champion and change agent in the business line.

PERSONAL PROFILE
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT or a relevant field
- Four years experience in a similar job role
- Certification of CompTIA Network+ / CCNA or IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Certification in Azure/O365 Administration with hands-on experience in managing O365/Azure environments.
- Experience in configuring, managing firewalls and network infrastructure
- Understanding cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI is an added advantage
- Excellent managerial and communication skills
