Assistant Manager — Human Resources
What you will do:
- Develop and execute the SBU Works HR strategy aligned with business and Group plans.
- Ensure effective and consistent HR implementation in the plant.
- Oversee statutory compliance and rollout of Group HR initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare, retention, and grievance management.
- Manage Works HR operations and teams, including manpower planning and payroll coordination.
Ideal profile:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
- At least 5+ years of experience in leading the Works HR function in a large plant is mandatory.
