Assistant Manager — Merchandising

What you will do:
- Lead formulation of the Product Development (PD) objectives and implementation plans for the assigned Customers
- Drive synergies with the internal marketing teams (KAG / Group) and Leadership team for achievement of the OTD, Sales and Profitability objectives
- Manage effective customer relationships for realization of the strategic PD deliverables, including LRP execution, new business development, CRI, etc.
- Lead and manage the Development team towards achieving functional objectives
Ideal profile:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Designing/ Clothing Technology/ Business Administration or Marketing
- 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in the merchandising function
- Candidates with Uniqlo experience will be given preference
