SERVICE ADVISOR/MANAGER
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD BE SELF-MOTIVATED WITH A RESULT DRIVEN APPROACH TO WORK
- Welcome customers and understand their service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and provide service estimates.
- Coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers informed on repair progress.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain accurate service records.
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT’S PROFILE
- Diploma or Certificate in Automobile Engineering, Motor Vehicle Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automobile industry.
- Good knowledge of motor vehicles and service procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with service management systems will be an advantage.
- Valid Sri Lankan driving license is preferred for both auto & manual vehicles.
