Manager - Industrial Engineering (Wattala)
The Job:
We are looking for an experienced IE Manager with strong industrial engineering expertise, hands-on experience in WFX and G3 Nexus, and good IT knowledge to drive productivity and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead IE activities including work study, line balancing, and capacity planning.
- Monitor and improve production efficiency, productivity, and utilization.
- Analyze production data and prepare IE reports using WFX and G3 Nexus.
- Develop and monitor SMVs, capacity, and production targets.
- Identify process improvements and implement lean manufacturing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of work study, SMV, line balancing, and capacity planning.
- Good working knowledge of WFX and G3 Nexus.
- Strong IT, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
