Manager - Internal Audit

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced two professionals to join our ICT and Leisure Internal Audit Divisions as Internal Audit Managers.
Job Profile:
- Responsible for achieving the annual audit plan of the sector.
- Design & implement audit methodologies, processes and reporting.
- Evaluation of the effectiveness & risks of operational processes and activities.
- Supervision & administration of subordinates.
- Conduct special investigations and reviews as and when required.
- Presenting adequacy & effectiveness of observations to the senior management.
- Ensure audit recommendations are effectively implemented.
- Develop and maintain effective and professional working relationships with all levels of staff within the organization.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance from a recognized University.
- Passed finalist or case study pending of CA Sri Lanka or ACCA.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in auditing of which 3 years should be at manager / assistant manager level.
- Excellent knowledge on accounting standards (IFRS/ SLFRS), auditing techniques & Risk management practices.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and problem solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems & Electronic audit tools.
