ASSISTANT MANAGER / SENIOR EXECUTIVE- INTERNAL AUDIT

Job Profile:
- Responsible for achieving the annual audit plan of Group Internal Audit division.
- Execute audits and assessment of operational, financial, compliance and other risks.
- Evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls.
- Prepare and present quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to the management.
- Evaluate and revise internal controls and operational procedures.
- Perform special investigations, store audits, spot audits as directed by the management.
- Support the Senior Manager - Internal Audit to develop and implement the audit methodology & functions.
- Develops and maintain effective and professional working relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- Part qualified or a past finalist of CASL/ CIMA / ACCA.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance from a recognized University.
- Minimum of 04 years of experience in auditing (external or internal) in a reputed audit firm/ commercial establishment.
- Excellent knowledge on accounting standards (IFRS/ SLFRS), auditing techniques & Risk management.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to work with minimum supervision and guidance.
- Familiarity with ERP systems & Audit tools such as ACL.
- Problem identification and solving capabilities.
