About the Role
We are looking for high-calibre finance professionals who want to make a real impact on how businesses operate, working closely with international clients to understand their finance operations, improve AR, AP, GL and closing processes, solve problems and introduce better tools and ways of working. The role combines hands-on operational execution with genuine exposure to a Western work environment, its culture, communication style and professional standards, along with the opportunity to influence, improve and help shape how clients organise their finance function.
What You Will Do
- Manage and execute Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger processes
- Handle invoicing, customer collections, supplier payments, reconciliations and month-end closing activities
- Understand existing finance processes and identify inefficiencies, control gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement practical solutions using systems, Excel and Microsoft applications
- Investigate and resolve accounting and operational issues
- Maintain accurate reconciliations, schedules and supporting documentation
- Work with clients and internal teams to ensure activities are completed accurately and on time
- Support process improvements, reporting, automation and finance transformation initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- Strong practical accounting knowledge
- Experience in AR, AP, GL and month-end processes
- Exposure to accounting/ERP systems
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate confidently with international clients and colleagues
- Strong ownership, reliability and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- The energy and work ethic to get things done
- Professional accounting qualifications or relevant degrees will be an advantage, but capability, attitude and practical experience matter greatly to us
