nWe are looking for energetic, motivated, and ambitious young individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. Successful candidates will receive practical exposure and on-the-job training in Production, Quality, and Planning, with opportunities to develop their skills and build a long-term career within the organization.
nAVAILABLE AREAS:
nProduction
n- n
- Assist in daily production operations and production activities. n
- Monitor production output and process efficiency. n
- Support workforce coordination and production requirements. n
- Maintain production records and reports. n
- Assist with productivity improvement and waste reduction initiatives. n
- Work closely with Quality, Planning, Engineering, and other departments. n
Quality
n- n
- Assist in monitoring product and process quality. n
- Support quality inspections and sampling activities. n
- Maintain quality and food safety records. n
- Assist in identifying and reporting quality issues. n
- Support corrective and preventive actions. n
- Assist with internal inspections and audit-related activities. n
Planning
n- n
- Assist in preparing and monitoring production plans and schedules. n
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Procurement, and other relevant departments. n
- Monitor production progress against planned schedules. n
- Assist in monitoring raw material and packaging material requirements. n
- Maintain planning records and prepare reports. n
- Support efficient utilization of production resources. n
Candidate Profile:
n- n
- Age: Below 23 years. n
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) in the Biology Stream. n
- Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply. n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. n
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. n
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. n
- Strong willingness to learn and develop. n
- Positive attitude with good teamwork and leadership potential. n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. n
- Willingness to work according to operational requirements. n
