ASSISTANT MANAGER SALES (JAFFNA)
David Pieris Motor Company (Pvt) Ltd is the largest automotive company in Sri Lanka, serving the vast majority with its hallmark of affordability, reliability and economy. Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the regional sales team to meet divisional objectives.
- Ensure regional monthly sales targets are achieved.
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing and the potential customers.
- Lead the developments of strategies, plans and policies for the growth of the region.
- Help attain Group objectives through contribution to Group projects.
Requirements
- Degree from a recognised university or professional qualification in the field of Business Administration / Marketing / Management.
- More than 5 years' experience in sales with minimum 2 years Executive/Senior executive level experience in sales, preferably in automotive accessories/ spare parts.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English. (Ability to communicate in Sinhala would be an added advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and public relations.
