Assistant Engineer (6 months Contract)
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Assist in the supervision of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV installations to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Technical Support: Assist in the preparation of system designs, SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), and bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Support the O&M team in monitoring system performance and conducting routine maintenance or repairs.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with technicians, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project logs, progress reports, and commissioning documents.
Candidate Profile
- Education: A Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or a related field) from a recognized institute.
- Experience: Prior experience in solar PV installations is mandatory, with practical knowledge and technical expertise in solar PV systems.
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Understanding of solar inverters, PV modules, and mounting structures. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel to project sites across the country as required.
